I got a new phone and my account didn't transfer, so it's making me log back in with my user name and my email address on my phone only. I am still currently logged into Spotify on my laptop and it is working fine. Unfortunately the email address I used originally doesn't exist anymore. I know my user name. My new email address is: *****@***.com*Also I have Spotify on my laptop and my phone. I still want both but I believe I am getting charged double!
GetHuman-piedpipp did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
