I have tried to contact spotify through email before about canceling and refunding "my subscription" that I never authorized. Somehow there is a subscription with my card information that was never authorized. I emailed them back on ******** and received an email back saying they had only found a free account. So I left it at that, but I have been getting charged since then. I noticed the charge today (********) and went back in my statements. I am demanding a full refund of that money ($** per month). And I have all the emails that were exchanged and can provide proof. I am very dissapointed with the way this has been poorly handled.
GetHuman-tromerop did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
