I don’t KNOW what happened I have NO IDEA what product continues to be charged I don’t own a Spotify account, and last August my debit card was stolen and it had almost ** Spotify bills pulled and SOMEHOW (even though I cancelled my debit card and replaced it) I still get charged $*.** TWICE EVERY MONTH I WANT IT GONE STOP TAKING MY MONEY I CANT “CANCEL” because ITS NOT ME OR MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE CALL TO RESOLVE!!! ITS BULLSHIT YOU DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL!!! ***-***-****
