Spotify doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-kayeeve will need to dig through the advice provided by Spotify, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-kayeeve's own words
I had a free subscription to Spotify but I was charged $*.** for April, May, June and July. I called and talked with a customer representative who refused to give me a refund. My credit card company has blocked payment for June and July but I need a refund for April and May. I started talking with a representative on live chat but didn't have all the information needed at the time. I need to finish that transaction.
GetHuman-kayeeve did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
