Good morning. My name is Jennifer Holmes-Smith, I created an account while at my workplace, and upgraded to premium. I believe it is under *****@***.com, or *****@***.com. Or *****@***.com, but probably the first email. However, I have lost my old email access (to all three emails) when I left that job and can no longer use it to reset my account. I would like to merge or cancel and redo my subscription, but have not found a way to do that without having access to my email accounts.**The only thing I can think of is putting a "stop payment" on my credit card. Please help.
