Help much appreciated.*I subscribed to Spotify premium under a user name but never got premium service (though charge monthly for it x several months). *Yesterday, I took the offer of ** cents x * months then premium and subscribed under a different user name and credit card number. I am still getting the free not the premium service. *Request:**) please refund my payments for the subscription under the first username **) activate my premium on the new username “eanaissie”. *Thank you
