I upgraded to Spotify premium and Spotify has been charging me for the regular Spotify also.. I have been getting charged twice a month for while now. I would like to get reimbursed for the regular payment.
GetHuman-hconwell did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-hconwell fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-hconwell to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
