On April **th I attempted to upgrade my account to the student plan which it took $*.** immediately out of my debit card account but said it could not verify that I was a student and that my money would be refunded within *-* days if it could not verify. It has now been * days and the money is still pending in my account and unavailable to me and I would like it refunded immediately and made available since my account is still on the free subscription.
