My activation was pending so I did not use my spotify since I tried to sign up in December of **** but yet I was still being charged every month and it is now April I just figured out how to cancel it but still as I was being charged for it I don't see how this is right please respond asap. I also don't understand how you do not have a customer service line I could call to have this delt with accordingly this is very destresing to me and I need answers please as to how you could charge me every month for a service that was still pending there for never used.
