I received a * month trial for **cents in late December. Because the app worked so poorly and would often not play music I cancelled the service in late March. Then a week later I got billed for a month. I went on line again and re-cancelled the service exactly as I had the first time. I want to make certain that Spotify shows the account as cancelled and to get a refund for the month I was incorrectly charged for. The email address linked to my account is *****@***.com Thank you.
