THEY REFUSED TO FIX MY PUMP--SO ALL I WANT SEARS TO DO IS TO RESPOND TO MY *** CALLS TO SEE IF THEY WILL HONOR THE PROTECTION AGREEMENT ON MY OTHERS APPLIANCES. ... On May **th I contacted Sears regarding my water pump which stopped working and is under a maintenance protection plan as is all my other appliances- I was told someone would call to set the appointment then- no return calls-- I called * times was told that since I lived in a rural area there wasn't a repairman to fix it-- I live in Norfolk VA NOT a rural area. I contacted Sears CEO Edward Lampert office and left * messages, no return calls. I am VERY Angry and want to know if the other * items on my maintenance protection plan that I paid $*,***. in September **** will cover them-- it didn't cover my pump. I've been a loyal customer and had a protection plan at this address for ** years. I hope to get an answer regarding the coverage of my other items.
ALL I GOT WAS PROMISES THAT I WOULD GET A PHONE CALL TO SET AN APPOINTMENT BUT NEVER DID GET ONE-- ON HOLD AND TRANSFERRED TO ALL DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, IT SO SAD
A PHONE CCALL TO ASSURE ME MY * OTHER APPLIANCES WILL BE COVERED AND I WON'T GET THE RUN AROUND LIKE I HAVE WITH MY PUMP.
I HAVE HAD A MAINTENANCE PROTECTION AGREEMENT FOR ** YEARS AT THIS ADDRESS, PLUS SEVERAL YEARS AT MY OTHER HOME. JUST PAID $*,***.** OCTOBER **** TO EXTEND MY AGREEMENT FOR * MORE YEARS
CALLED CEO LAMPERT'S OFFICE * TIMES AND NO RETURN CALL.
