If you believe you've been overcharged for your Redbox DVD rentals, it might be due to the rental period exceeding the limit. Charges continue daily until the disc is returned or until the maximum rental period is reached. If you're sure you've returned your DVDs on time and still got overcharged, there could be an error. Please contact the Redbox Customer Service through their official contact page on the Redbox website. They will look into the transactions and help resolve any billing issues you may have. Always remember to return your rentals to avoid extra charges.
