Dear sir*madam,**I placed an order to Gaia Biological last week. I decided to have the order refunded which they did immediately. This has happened numerous times with this seller as I am an avid customer and I have never had any issues. I have never had a refund pending or withheld from me however * refunds from this seller are now being withheld from me for seemingly no good reason.*I find it incredibly sketchy that PayPal have recently increased the number of times that they do this. A lot of people have been complaining about this issue in recent months including people I know personally who have had numerous PayPal transactions withheld from them.**I'd like my refund to be put into my available balance as soon as possible. PayPal should have much higher customer care standards than this and I am honestly shocked that such a huge company, who claim to be the safest and fastest providers of instant online payment, would have such shoddy practices that make their customers feel uneasy.**Rest assured as soon as my money is SAFE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT I will be deleting my PayPal account and will be urging others to do the same.**I look forward to hearing from an actual human being with flesh, blood and organs - not a ****** automated voice over the phone.**Thanks in advance,**- Bethany Lyttle
