I recently purchased an illuminated mirror from ‘LED Illuminated Bathroom Mirror IP44 Demister Sensor Touch' from the seller elegantshowers. Unfortunately, the mirror seems to be faulty. After having an electrician install it and discovering one of the mirrors was faulty, I contacted the seller via email as they requested. I provided them with the requested photographs of the issue. In the meantime, to avoid delaying the electrician, I had to purchase another mirror. Despite my requests, the seller has been uncooperative in providing a return postage label. I am seeking a refund for the faulty product and hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have been struggling to get assistance from the automated system without a mobile number. This is causing me stress as I rely on PayPal for my needs being disabled and housebound. I am not very tech-savvy, and after multiple attempts over two days, I am still unable to resolve the issue. Despite using my card, the system does not recognize it and keeps prompting me to add another card when I only have one. A PayPal representative suggested opening a new account, but I receive an error message stating I already have an account. I am at a loss and seek guidance from a human agent who can walk me through the necessary steps. Please, I need help with this. Thank you.

A customer, Mark Horscroft, signed up for my service on 23/06/[redacted] and made a payment under Claire Hawkins' name. Despite claiming the item was not delivered, it's crucial to note that my service does not involve physical items but rather information and advice. The service was provided as promised, as evidenced by my messages with Mr. Horscroft and screenshots of his participation in the group. The case number is PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I believe the customer is misleading Paypal, and I intend to appeal their decision to issue a refund without considering the full story. I just received a notification that my PayPal account has been limited and I need to confirm my account by paying a small fee. Then, I have to wait for a four-digit number to show up on my bank statement, which I'll use in PayPal to lift the restrictions. I'm concerned and confused because I've never faced this situation before. I feel uncomfortable being pressured to pay a fee to verify my already secured card. Additionally, I have funds in my PayPal wallet that I can't access due to this limit. Recently, I linked my PayPal to my Spock account to receive direct payments, which might have triggered this issue. I urgently need guidance on how to resolve this.

Dear Customer Service, I recently requested a refund for an order from Gaia Biological, and they promptly processed it. However, I am now facing delays with receiving two refunds from them, which is unusual based on my past experiences as a loyal customer. I have witnessed an increase in complaints from others regarding similar refund issues with PayPal, which is concerning. I urge for the quick resolution of this matter and for PayPal to uphold higher customer service standards. Once the refunds are in my bank account, I plan to close my PayPal account and encourage others to do the same. On June 25, [redacted], I placed an order for a dress at Betsy Iris Boutique. Despite the delay, the dress did not arrive, so I reached out to the seller six weeks later. The seller acknowledged the issue, mentioning a missing proof of postage and promised to remake and resend the dress. After another four weeks passed, I inquired about the status in August but did not receive a response until October 6th when the seller mentioned a refund on October 7th, which was not issued. Now, as it has been over three months, I am unable to find the order in my transaction history to file a dispute. I attempted to contact PayPal, but automated options do not offer assistance. I am unsure about the next steps to secure my £16.20 refund.

I recently made a purchase on eBay for a special tool for a flat renovation. After not receiving a confirmation or tracking number, I logged into my eBay account to check on the seller. I discovered negative comments from other buyers stating it might be a scam. Despite reaching out to the seller about my missing item and contacting eBay, I was directed to PayPal since that was my payment method. I received an email from PayPal regarding an order dispatch. The email mentioned an excess payment error in my account, instructing me to purchase a Steam gift card to rectify the issue. It stated that the excess fund needs to be returned before the total amount can be credited to my account. However, I am uncertain about the authenticity of this email. I recently paid £40 for an Ann Summers toy from a woman, Rachel, who just returned from a trip to Spain. I made the payment on September 2nd via Facebook, but I have not received the item yet. Despite having all the messages, there is no tracking number or receipt provided. I also sent £[redacted] via bank transfer, which is now being investigated. It has been nearly 2 months, and I've been busy with my 3 kids and work. I have reported this to Action Fraud and others, and now I need to address the issue with PayPal. Losing £[redacted], almost my entire monthly wage, is very upsetting, especially as a parent of 3 young kids.

Hello, I would like to request assistance with reviewing the transactions on my account. Despite reaching out to PayPal multiple times, I have only received automated responses that do not address my concerns. Although I managed to obtain a refund for the PayPal fees related to unauthorized transactions following a difficult phone conversation, I still need to address the inaccuracies in my PayPal balance. Hello, I encountered an issue with a buyer on eBay after selling a Rolex watch. Despite following eBay's guidelines, the buyer claimed the item was fake. When I received an empty box in return, I refused the parcel and informed eBay and PayPal. However, they issued a refund to the buyer without confirming if I had received the item back. The buyer even taunted me with messages. I reported the incident to authorities, but PayPal has been unhelpful and refused to return my money despite my multiple appeals and providing the necessary documents. Dealing with this situation has been stressful, especially since I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer. It is unjust that PayPal failed to protect me against this scam and has left me in a difficult financial situation.

As a trustee and signatory for OPSA (Overseas Plastic Surgery Appeal), registered charity number [redacted], we are facing an issue with accessing the charity's Paypal account following the departure of the previous manager under unfavorable circumstances. Although there is no harm to the charity, we are unable to transfer the raised funds due to this. Contacting Paypal has proven difficult as we lack the necessary information to reach them via phone or email. This situation has become urgent as the fundraiser, a 6th form student, is becoming increasingly frustrated. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently setting up my personal PayPal account for the first time. After completing all the required details and submitting them, I encountered an error message stating "cannot/get/policy/compliance." I initiated this process on Sunday, November 11th. Despite uploading my proof of identification (passport) and proof of address (recent bank statement) as instructed, the issue has not been resolved as of today, November 14th. I have reached out to customer service via telephone without success, with promises of a 30-minute processing time after uploading my personal ID not being fulfilled. Yesterday, after providing all the details, I was assured of a call back between 12-1:00 pm, but unfortunately, that call was never received. I have two PayPal accounts. One, Account X, was created while studying at the University of Nottingham in the UK. Account Y was created later due to login issues with Account X. Now, Account X has funds stuck as I accidentally cashed out to the associated email. I tried to add it to Account Y but couldn't due to the link with Account X. Account X now requires verification through a UK phone number, which I don't have anymore. I need help accessing Account X and transferring the funds to Account Y. Thank you.

I listed my laptop for sale online and got an email offer of £[redacted]. I received the payment in my PayPal account from a different person than the buyer's name in the emails. I shipped the laptop via Royal Mail Special Delivery on 8th November [redacted] to the specified address. The package was signed for on 9th November [redacted]. However, later, I was informed that the buyer did not authorize the payment, suggesting I fell victim to a scam. Despite presenting evidence, PayPal ruled in favor of the buyer. I wish to contest this ruling, have the decision reversed, and the scammer held accountable. I urge PayPal to clear the negative balance on my account and confirm the resolution. I bought a fish tank gravel vacuum cleaner about 3-4 months ago, and it functioned perfectly up until today when the electric motor suddenly stopped working. There were no warning signs like overheating or unusual noises; it just ceased to function while in use. The device can run on batteries or an AC/DC converter set to 3 volts. I'm unsure if I can request a replacement or refund in this situation. I must acquire a similar device soon to maintain the cleanliness of my tropical fish tank and prevent any fish from dying. On 6/12/18 around 3pm UK time, I, Amanda Harris, placed an order on Zazzle's website for a mug priced at £12.50. The mug features a picture of France with the colors of the French flag and the name Christophe. I completed the order using Paypal, and around £16 to £17 was deducted without any shipping cost or address confirmation.
