I need help resolving some payment and refund concerns promptly. I've encountered problems with items bought via Woucher. Regrettably, they issue refunds into a Woucher wallet instead of returning the funds to PayPal, requiring further purchases. I prefer not to engage with them anymore and intend to close my account. There's a balance of over £25 in the wallet, and PayPal is expected to assist me with this matter, but I haven't received any update from their end.

I set up my PayPal account in South Africa. Currently in the UK, I am unable to access my account. During the first 10 days of my UK visit, I successfully transferred money to my PayPal business account. However, starting on May 11th, I am encountering security checks requiring One Time Pin numbers sent to my South African mobile number, which I cannot access. Despite reaching out on Twitter, I am only directed to a login page that does not help. The provided phone number ([redacted]9) does not work from my UK phone. I need to communicate via email.

I am experiencing issues with the PayPal credit application. It keeps prompting me to review the provided information and try again, even though all details entered are accurate. Despite my efforts, the system prevents me from completing the application, indicating an error that I have not made. I have verified all the information against my account details, and everything is correct. I reached out to customer service and shared the same information, but their response did not address the problem. Instead, they suggested filling out the online form for processing, which I have been attempting to do all along.

I recently received items from Susan Julie after placing two separate orders a few days apart. Unfortunately, the items did not match their descriptions, so I returned them. The total cost of the four items was £86.96 plus postage. I used the address on the package to send the items back. Despite informing Susan Julie of the returns, they only offered me a 30% refund, which I declined. I requested a full refund as the parcel was already posted. However, I have not received the refund yet. I sent the items back on 4-5-[redacted]. I fear this company might be a scam. Can anyone provide assistance? Thank you.

I am 83 years old and need to cancel a direct debit payment on PayPal for £[redacted].99 scheduled today, 5/7/[redacted], at 14:54:05 to MCAfee Ireland. This is a scam, as they have attempted this before and I had to have my bank stop it and issue a new card. I request that PayPal cease any attempts to pay this company. I use PayPal for many purchases, but they do not recognize my email address, which confuses me. I cannot afford to lose this money as I am a pensioner. Thank you for your assistance. - CT

I reside in Portugal and have been attempting all day to receive a reply from PayPal. I am facing issues with logging in as it does not accept my correct password. This is hindering me from confirming the money transferred to my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact anyone without logging in. I even tried reaching out to Spain as advised they were available, but all I encountered was a Portuguese voicemail. Additionally, I've updated my phone number, which may need to be adjusted as well. Ideally, I would appreciate speaking to someone in English over the phone.

I went on eBay to make a purchase through PayPal. When I tried to pay via PayPal, I was prompted to log in using my email address, [redacted], and password. I realized I had forgotten my PayPal password, and when I tried to reset it, I realized that the mobile numbers listed for confirmation are outdated, so I am unable to receive text messages to reset my password. Changing the numbers is impossible without logging in. Previously, I used to receive a phone call to verify purchases, but this has not been happening lately. I need assistance to either retrieve or reset my PayPal password in order to proceed with eBay purchases using my PayPal account.

I've tried contacting your support team several times regarding this ongoing issue. After I moved, I made sure to update my account with my new address. However, every order I place is still showing my old address on Paypal, causing me to incur forwarding fees. Please, can you fix this recurring problem? I've moved, and I simply want my account to reflect my current address. Is there anything more I need to do to ensure this is corrected?

Hello support, I received an offer for £10 Google Play credit when making a purchase over £3 using my PayPal account. Unfortunately, the offer is not being honored, and I have been directed by PayPal to contact Google Play Store for resolution. Google Play Store, on the other hand, advised me that PayPal should address the promotion issue. I have an email response from Google Play that I need PayPal to review, but I am unable to attach it in the chat section of the PayPal site. Could you please guide me on how to best present my case as I have not been successful in resolving this matter on my own?

We have received numerous emails similar to this one:
"Hello info@*****.org,
We regret to inform you that your payment with transaction ID 08M*********[redacted] was returned.
On August 10, [redacted], *** sent you a payment for £10.00 GBP, which has been returned to ***'s account.
This happened because payments must be accepted within 30 days of being sent.
For more information, please log in to your PayPal account and check the Activity page. Find this transaction and click 'Cancelled' in the Details column."
We are puzzled by why this sudden change has occurred, as we have always received payments without requiring acceptance. Unfortunately, we couldn't find information on the PayPal website regarding how to accept payments. It appears that all payments are now being returned. Any insights on why this is happening and how to prevent it in the future would be greatly appreciated.

I've been attempting to contact PayPal UK for months regarding my son's account. He needs to update his phone number as he no longer has access to the one listed. Despite explaining this to them, they keep sending the access code to his old phone. It's frustrating as it seems they are not paying attention to his situation. He really needs access to his funds.

I am trying to cancel a debit order payment from my British bank account made through Paypal via the third-party website IAPWE. However, I am unable to locate the transaction on my original South African Paypal profile. I am struggling to link to a UK Paypal website to access my account details. IAPWE claims only Paypal can cancel the payment, but Paypal denies the transaction's existence. The Paypal transaction ID provided is 03V18111MP683494M, and the Seller ID is [redacted]9CP462005L. The Paypal online Message service has not been helpful as it appears to be automated.

I would like to resume using my UK PayPal account. The email address associated with the account is [redacted] The phone number linked to the account, +44 ... [redacted], is outdated, making it impossible to pass the security verification and access my account. Due to being stuck at the security check, I am unable to utilize the troubleshooting options provided on the website. I also have a dormant account from Portugal with a closed phone number, +[redacted] .... I am considering deleting this account but would prefer to update it with my current UK number.
