GetHuman-mymanmo did not yet indicate what Optimum should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-mymanmo fixed the problem
First off, I used GetHuman and my wait time stalled at * minutes for half an hour, although still connected. I canceled GetHuman and called my self. Was able to have a call back arranged and received the call in ** minutes. I explained that the bill was too high and would like to cancel my cable service. The rep was able to provide me with the promotional price and reduced my bill to a more satisfactory amount.
