I have been treated unfairly by your customer service. I have been a cablevision customer for over ** years and I feel that no one has listen to me. I like your product and will continue to use cablevision, but I would like to speak to someone about the treatment I received from your employees. I spoke to * people and each one made me believe that they would investigate my problem. Each person asked their supervisor look at my concerns, but I got the same answers from all four. No one give me the impression that they had look at my problem any further, than my initial connect. I feel that no one listen to information that I was trying to provide to bring clarity to my problem. Like I said before, I will still be a cablevision customer, but I would like to speak to someone who's mind was not made up without hearing me out.
