My service with Optimum internet was cancelled on October *th for non-payment of a $** bill. I received a bill yesterday, which was October **th, regarding payment of $***.**. Since my service was cancelled Ive been trying to reach Optimum so I could pay the previous bill of $** and cancel the service altogether. I certainly am not going to pay an additional fee for service I was not able to utilize. Kindly call back so we may resolve this issue and make an appt for a technician to come get your router and modem. Thanks
