The issue in GetHuman-warmseas's own words
I purchased a pair of Blonde along with * other pair of shoes, on the *th of Jan. and my Blondo pair of shoes were suppose to be a * *** and when I got home and put them on and left the house the shoes started hurting my feet. I wondered what was going on and so I looked at the size and they were a *. since I flew to Chicago by air, I traveled home with them in travel bags, and didn't have a box to look at. I need to return them or exchange them for a * *** please. I have been a customer of Nordstroms since **** and have had very few if any returns. So please tell me how I can exchange them. I live in Akron Ohio and there are no Nordstroms close to me. Which makes me sad. Anyway please let me know how I can expedite this.* Kind regards, Judi Wallace
