I am on disability SSI and only gwt paid once a month whixh is the *st of every month so wen my bill was due i cudnt pay it on time bc it was already after half the month was gone and so i paid my phone bill (* lines for $*** plan) on the *st and i only got * weeks worth of service. Not only am i out of half a month of phone service but so arw my mother, my father, and my son. I xant gwt an extention bc ove tried. But i talked online with MetroPCS * days ago and they told me to make sure that i just call back wen the **hrs ran out and that yall wud extend my service until the *st. Ita not fair that i ended up paying a full payment for $*** and only get half my times worth. There wasnt an option on the my metro app to pay the extra $*-$** fee to restart ur billing period so plz fix this.
