MailChimp - I need to talk to a customer support person ASAP but I don't have access to a paid account and I need to send out a campaign today. I tried sending them an email to their support account but it refused me, linking me to their payment options. Basic customer support should be afforded to all customers, not just the premium ones! I am having issues with their merge tags - no matter what I do or how many articles I read, I cannot get one of them to work properly and there are no online resources for this particular issue.
