I can't send my newsletter. It says I need to upgrade my account. I did. I paid. Your system says my credit card was declined. My credit card issuing bank says it went through. I can't use your tech support because I don't have a paid account. When I try to re-enter my credit card info or pay by Paypal your system tells me I already paid. It simultaneously tells me that my credit card was declined. Now I am totally locked out.
