You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-lanalan's own words
I caught a lyft around the first week of June ( I don't recall the exact date because I didn't set up the ride but I know it was between May ** and June *. The trip was uneventful until I checked my bank account and was missing over $***!!! I had just gotten paid that prior Saturday and didn't spend any money. I went to check my account after catching the Lyft and noticed the $*** missing. I've never used Lyft before because I always drove but due to recently diagnosed tumor I can't drive. My address where the lyft picked me up was **** Hillside Rd. Apt *,Washington D.C., ***** and he dropped me off at *** Independence Ave, SE Washington DC *****. It's only at ** min ride. Will someone please investigate? My info is as follows*Lana Lang***** Hillside Rd SE, apt **Washington DC *********-***-****
