I am a LYFT driver (Erin McRorie) trying to claim a returned item fee of $** for returning a smartphone to Lea (rider). The original trip was on February **, ****. I took her from ** Sunny Meadows lane to Walmart pharmacy which was a stop. And then took her back to her residence at ** Sunny Meadows Lane to drop off. On my second attempt to return I left a note with my phone number after which she called and the phone was returned on Wednesday February *, **** at *:**pm in Arby’s parking lot. I have received texts from LYFT saying that the once I returned the phone I would recite every the return fee of $**. But after trying to redeem on the app was unsuccessful.
