I just had a request who didn’t show up . I waited the * minutes and when I clicked no show, I received an alert that I received * dollars. However it never posted to my earnings nor was the requester penalized. If you continue to allow people to get away with that **** by not penalizing them, they will keep doing it. When I clicked on the ride details it said that ride didn’t qualify which is bullshit. I know it’s only * dollars but the larger point is I should have been paid for my time and more importantly the requester should have to pay a penalty or they will never learn. I would like an explanation of why my time was wasted for nothing. I would appreciate if someone could clarify this for me.
