I was trying to get from the airport to my hotel! ... I was charged for a ride I did not take at the San Francisco Airport. I requested the ride* then a payment screen came up and would not allow me to exit until I paid for a ride I never took!**I want to be reimbursed for this charge.**I entered another driver request* that person showed up, did a great job with the ride. The second time I was charged for a ride I actually took!
I couldn't exit the screen or go backwards without paying the fee.

I've been using Lyft for years. I've never had a problem before.
I tried calling someone. You have NO WAY to reach a human being, which really *****. I don't trust that a real, live human being will be reading and responding to this request. I prefer to talk with real people, in real time, so I know that the issue has been taken care of.**You have a checked green box that says "FIXED." That is WRONG. This issue has NOT been fixed.**My last resort will be to contact my credit card company and have the charge reversed.
