I requested a lyft ride at *:**am *****Oct***. I was waiting for a lyft to find a driver for more than ** minutes, but the driver was not found and the ride was not provided. As a result I was forced to cancel my lyft ride and take an Uber...*Lyft charged a cancellation fee, despite Lyft failed to find a driver.*Since Lyft failed to find a driver in a reasonable amount of time, I would like to get a reimbursement for the cancellation fee.
