I need frequent short trips to get to the doctor. Today * drivers asked me to cancel as they didn't want to drive ** minutes to get to a ** minute ride. I missed a doctor appt that I now have rescheduled * weeks from now. I do not expect to be charged for these cancellations. There must be a way to let drivers know you need a short trip. They ask me to cancel ** minutes into their driving to me. ALSO one driver today misunderstood GPS and went the wrong way and was going to triple the time to get to me.
