Last night I ordered a ride from airport which I do weekly for about $**. The app showed driver was ** min away on GPS map but notices said driver was waiting. He didn't arrive for ** min despite notice saying he was at location. I was charged $** or so for the ride which seems due to the duration of time Lyft believes driver was engaged despite him not actually arriving until ** min after ordered. Would like adjustment of fare to reflect actual drive time.
GetHuman1320110 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
