Hi I booked my first Lyft from Courtyard Marriott downtown Nashville on ** September at *.**. This was booked in advance. I had a text to say Trevor was our driver in a Black Ford. My party is myself and two disabled passengers. We got in the car. There was no reason to think it wasn’t Trevor. We had just got going when I had a phone call from a Trevor. He was behind the other car. He kindly cancelled the Lyft. The mystery is the driver then admitted he was Uber. We gave him a *$ tip but he wasn’t paid. Trevor suggested I email you. The other driver had intimated he was our driver. I have apologised to Trevor but do not want to be charged for this.
