I tried to get a Lyft driver at about **pm on September **. I sat and watched the app after waiting ten minutes. (I was initially told ** minutes for them to get to me.) I watched as the driver went back and forth along the road, almost as if he didn't even realize he had a passenger waiting to be picked up. I eventually cancelled the ride, my fee was waived, but I just want something done about situations like this so that they don't happen again.
GetHuman-bxk did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
