I requested a lift yesterday but did not have enough on my cars to cover so there was a remaining balance of $* due which I paid with my other prepaid card and the transaction went through immediately but then I never got a lyft it went back to the beginning like I never paid? Also I've been finsing out that when you join lyft your first ride is free and I never got any type of credit and when I did go to put the code in it said it wouldn't work because k had already gotten my first ride. I'm very disappointed please help me understand and fix the transaction
