I REQUESTED A PICK UP ON *-**-**** AROUND *:** PM. THE PICK UP WAS AT **** WOODLEY AVE. IN VAN NUYS, CA. AND DROP OFF AT ***** LONDELIUS ST. IN WEST HILLS, CA. NO DRIVER SHOWED UP AT THE WOODLEY ADDRESS TO MAKE THE PICK UP. MY CLIENT HAD TO WAIT AND THEN TAKE A TAXI. I WAS THEN BILLED FOR $*.** AND IT SHOWED A PICK UP ADDRESS ON HART ST. IN VAN NUYS, CA. I THEN WAS BILLED AGAIN IN THE AMOUNT OF $**.** ON THE SAME DAY. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH LYFT. I WOULD EXPECT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS MISTAKE BY LYFT.
GetHuman-rpetricc did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
