I was trying to become a Lyft driver through the express program. I had not completed the full process ie: a photo and my drivers license for background and driver record checks. When I went back in to complete, I got a message saying I was not accepted. I did however have my deposit for the rental taken out. I’m not sure why I was not accepted or how you came to that conclusion without all of my info but I would like some feedback on the reason and I would like to find out how long it will take to get my deposit credited back to my credit card. Thank you for your help in this matter.

My main problem was that they dont have a phone numbervto reach a real person. Its very hard to get ahold of them. I had to leave a message at lyft customer service.com and someone did get back withvme from lyft. They said they refunded my deposit back on my card and it may take yp to a week for it ti be processed. We shall see.
