The issue in GetHuman-mrsfonte's own words
Yesterday August.**.** we requested a pick up at our local Walmart on the lyft account it said the driver was here we called and text him several times yet even drove around several times and act like he didn't see us I became so frustrated that I had no choice but to decline btge ride just because he left the area then we you canceled if charge my account!! How can I get my money back when clearly it wasn't our fault!!
