good afternoon*perhaps there was a problem with the software.on * au.** there were two additional charges that we did not approve. for some reason or another,the system mixed up the pick up location with the drop off location. we tried to correct the problem but with the new software update on the phone. we were unable to correct the problem,*we notified the drivers but they were unable to help.*please dont charge us for this malfunction. instead we would like a credit for our inconvience *and for our ride being ** minutes late getting to our location*thank you in advance for your consideration*mj
