The issue in GetHuman-tykemp's own words
Hi,**As a Lyft driver involved in a no-fault accident in late June, I paid an approximately $*** administrative fee ($*** initially, take out of my Express Drive security deposit, and then a $*** cash payment about * weeks ago) while the insurance claim for the accident was processing. I was found entirely not-at-fault and the other driver’s insunce company accepted responsibility for the accident. I was told by a Lyft representative that this admin fee would be returned to me in full once the claim was closed. It’s been about a month and a half. When am I going to be reimbursed? **Thanks,**Ty*****.***.****
