I was trying to see how to schedule a pickup using the app (IOS version) and I pressed the schedule and it went directly to requesting a driver. I immediately contacted the driver to cancel and then tried to find a way to cancel it in the app and found that but it said I would be charged $*. I tried again to schedule and the schedule menu system came up. I think the schedule button is TOO small and thus if one clicks on it it does not really click on it but on the request a driver. Please make the schedule button BIGGER. Also, I would like a $* refund for the cancel charge. Thanks, Chris.
