The issue in GetHuman-drlousti's own words
I contacted Lyft Fraud Department yesterday that someone used my Chase Bank Debit Card Fraudulently on ****** for a charge of $**.**. I verified that I do not have an account with Lyft via my cell phone or e-mail address. I forwarded my bank statement along with my debit card number to request a full refund along with closing any account with my debit card on file. I have not heard back from Luigui who communicated with me via e-mail yesterday. Can someone call me to provide me with a status update on this matter. Thanks... Dr. Louis Stimmel ***-***-****
