I am a loyal Lyft rider. I had a notice that my next ride would be half off on a weekday trip, it is now Thursday and still no half off. Please fix this. Also, I spend hundreds of dollars on rides for months and there has been no rewards nor free rides. When I took Uber, the rides were cheaper and the rewards were more frequent. *Please look into this, I should at least have enough rides paid for to get a week of free rides. Also, I was to be picked up at *:** am on ***. However, I wasn't picked up until close to *:** am due to an accident which made me late for work. Please compensate me. Thank you for your help.
