Your driver backed into my car. I am extremely upset. You have not responded in any form or fashion. It's feels like it is a hot and run. I suggest you contact me. Your driver had a leased brand new Malibu. And could not provide me insurance card* I have her name license etc. Your inconsideration is appalling.She stated she turned in my plate number etc. A swift response is at this point expected.
