I only took three rides this past weekend. However I was charged five different times. I already submitted a help request form, and the problem wasn’t solved. This is my second time submitting a help request form. What’s circled in blue are the correct charges. What’s circled in red are the unauthorized charges. If I’m not issued a refund within the next day for the charges circled in red, I will report Lyft to the Better Business Bureau.
GetHuman-tiacunn did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
