The issue in GetHuman-pascoero's own words
Yesterday I rode lyft from Taco Bell greentree Rd to my apartment in Carnegie Pennsylvania everything was fine and ok when I got out I noticed I left my phone in the car asked for it and went on my business then last night I called to see how much was in my checking account and it was in the negative I was charged for damages to the lyft drivers car and I did nothing to it i called customer service i was supposed to receive a Gmail which I haven't seen i need to talk to someone ASAP please
