I applied for an Express Drive rental, paid the $*** deposit, and had a scheduled pickup for Friday, July *th. I accidentally clicked on "use personal vehicle" in the app, and it appears to have cancelled my reservation and Express Drive is asking for a $*** deposit again. Will I get a refund? I'm not seeing a refund in my bank account. It's been a few hours. I can't get in touch with the company I'm supposed to pick up the rental from either.
