Hi my name is sherly, I was over charged due to a wrong destination I was taken to. The driver’s gps took us to a wrong location but the address I provided was my correct address. My ride shouldn’t have been no more than ** minutes with the charge of $**.** but instead turned out to be an over an hour ride and I was charged $**.** please get in contact with the driver he will be able to verified, I believe he contacted you guys about the incident as well. I would prefer my funds to go back to my bank account please.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
