My bank card was attached to an active Lyft users account along with their bank card as well. Whenever they used their card to fund a ride, my card was charged as well, allowing your company to receive double the fare for a ride. On May **, my card was removed from the account and an email was sent out regarding my refund for * unauthorized transactions. Per your representatives, a refund was promised. Still no refund. Today, June *th, two more transactions have come out and my card is not even attached anymore. I need this issue resolved immediately.
