Help with my Lyft issue
we are very disappointed with the way Lyft has taken advantage of teens by gouging them for rides on *-**-**. Our son got a ride to and from a concert and was charged $**.** on the outbound and $**.** on the return. A cab ride would have been much less costly.*The outbound was to be split with another rider -which we still seemed to have paid more than half. *This is outrageous - I am demanding a refund immediately or I will take further action. *you may contact me at ***-***-****.*Diane
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
