I was charged for a ride that I never took. I set the app off and there wasn't a driver on my side of the state but when I canceled it still charged me the ** dollars and change for the ride anyways. I called my bank and was told if you guys promise to not take the money then they can delete it on their end. I'd also like a ** dollar credit for you guys taking my money when I didn't use you're service and a driver didn't even pick up my ride and was not headed to me. If this is not done I will contact the better business bureau and file a formal complaint against you.
GetHuman-bmysteri did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
