The issue in GetHuman-jacolson's own words
On * June **** at :**** was picked up by Mr. Pablo at **** SW **st,and dropped off @**** SW **Ave, where I departed the vehicle. At this time I requested the driver to take Mrs Colson,(my wife) to our home located at **** SW **Ave, which he did. Was not aware of how to input that information in my iPhone. Also I thought it might be classified as a continuous ride. However, if there were to be additional charges they do not appear on my iPhone. Please investigate this and if additional charges are warranted please see that he is correctly compensated for them. Thanx in advance. cc
