Yesterday I ordered Lyft * times.*The first one came but as he was waiting for the *nd line person to join us, he cancelled the ride thinking I was the *nd person even though I was already in his car. So undue to my fault the entire ride was cancelled and I didnt get a ride. I shouldn't have a fee.*Second time, I ordered a lyft and when I called the driver I told him I was at a different location than what the app said. (About a block away) he told me he could not pick me up there and I would need to cancel my ride which I did. I don't feel there should be a fee at all for any of them since neither was my fault. Please credit my account. I'm very dissatisfied with Lyft.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
