I did not order an upgraded car. The app for lift did not open with the screen that would have alowed me to choose the type car that I wanted - I tried many times, turned off my I-phone and restarted my phone.We wouldhave been very late for an appointment so I was left with calling another company. They charged $*.**.
I was accompanying an older lady who need to the bank and was unable to travel alone. We Waited in the bank and I checked outside every few minutes. I received a message just before the driver arrived that the driver was leaving and that there would be a $**.** penalty. I checked again and the driver had just arrived
Refunding the amount that I was charged for the first ride and remove the charge for the no show.
I have an issue with Lyft too
